Konuşmak istemiyor musun ? = Dont you want to talk ?

if it is:  lütfen konuşmaz mısın !    then it may also mean "please stop talking."

but if iti is a question konuşmaz mısın? = don´t you talk?  my try

Surely ´please stop talking/don´t talk is konuşma! /konuşmayin/konuşmayınız using the negative imperatives.

Mysty was asking ´don´t you want to talk?´ so I think ReyhanL´s translation was correct.
