Does anyone knows if atv broadcasts teletext subtitles for the hearing impaired viewers?

I have the option to subscribe to "atv avrupa" through my adsl internet provider in france but since I dont speak turkish (yet) , it would help if i read subtitles even if it is in turkish, I might unerstand something

I used to listen to atv canlı yayın through wesbite atv.com  but it has suddenly stopped this week and I get a message telling me I can only access the live tv if I´m based in Turkey. Has anyone else had this problem and is there anyway around it?
