Today I had a ´fusion´ lunch, items from many countries combined, also Turkish. One thing I ate was Ezme (or esme) peynir and it was delicious. I googled but couldn´t find a recipe. Can anyone help me with a recipe for this great dish?

Hmm; there is a dish called "Ezme" but it´s not cheese. I don´t know any cheese called "ezme" but can it be "ezine"? (Ezine peyniri)

i think they meant this:

PEYNIR EZME • CHEESE PASTE• BRÂNZA PUREE
- white cheese, olive oil, red pepper, parsley
- brânza, ulei de masline, piper rosu, patrunjel

That´s what I mean indeed! I just like to know how much cheese, olive oil, red pepper and parsley. I saw Reyhan requesting the translation of a recipe (thanks for that Reyhan! ) so maybe if one of you could translate that, than me and my stomach are very grateful!

I don´t know either but Google finds pages for both "ezme peynir" and "peynir ezmesi" so there is one even if we don´t know.

There is a "sanal market" in Hatay that sells "ezme peynir" in the following query for example:

A similar mixture with cheese we prepare for breakfast, it is spreaded over the slices of bread and then cooked in oven, very delicous indeed but it seems not same one that tried to be described above. According to google there is an appetizer called "peynir ezmesi", but i think its not much common like the ezme that we know...
