´Mean´ is an adjective meaning a lot of different things in English but I don´t think any of them can really be translated using ´anlam´. It is also a verb used with and without an object, but it´s not a noun - as UH says - the noun is ´meaning´.
BTW - a lot of those results are repeated twice or more - I don´t think there is much of a check on what appears on Tureng, although I do like it and use it all the time I notice lots of mistakes from the English point of view. People can suggest their own entries for words - I´m often tempted to put something really stupid to see if it´s accepted! 
I hate dictionaries when they are E to T or T to E.
