i m a foreign citizen (singapore).i m married to a turk for three years.i was thinking of applying for turkish citizenship so i dont need to go thru the turkish red tape administration.my question is if i m over 30 years old and become a citizen will i be called for military service

note:i m not of turkish origin even.

my second question is if i m married to a turk for 3 years can i get excemption as stated in turkish govt website.had anyone got that excemption letter.

i called military HQ no proper answer.

it states in website of ministry of labour we have to apply for excemption from work permit thru ministry of foreıgn affairs

pls i really need some practical answer from some one who have done any one of this
