"İyi haberler" is the subject here and the predicate "var" should be in harmony with it.

"İyi haberler var" (good news exist =there are good news) is correct, but "iyi haberler varım" is incorrect because "iyi haberler" is 3rd person whereas "varım" is 1st person.

"iyi haberlerim var"

Notice that here personal ending is added to the subject (=my good news)

"iyi haberlerim var" (my good news exist = I have good news)

"var" can take personal endings when the subject is personal pronoun.

Bu işte sizinle varım ( in this business with you I exist= I will be with you in this business)
