i think the first part is iam used to ?

cok tesekkurler to the helper x

May as well mean I am used to defeat or I am used to losses..

 agree with the translation. In actual fact we need to correct the Turkish:

 

alışık means used to

 

ben alışığım kaybetmeye (poetic)

or

kaybetmeye alışığım (more usual)

alışık and alışkın are synonyms {#emotions_dlg.confused} so you do not need to correct anything

 

ben alışkınım kaybetmeye = ben alışığım kaybetmeye
