I would like to ask, if anybody knows about some good courses in Istanbul. I would like to come in September and October. Also, is there possible to find a cheap accomodation? I´ve read about language school Dilmer, do you think it´s good?

I do not know if anybody is interested in learning Turkish around Manchester area but since last November now there is a place you can actually can go and learn Turkish...
