Can not help you with grammar explanations-i belive dillidüdük or suigeneris are able to do that- but here corret way of your sentences:
one day we will walk together in fields of gold
bir gün altın tarlalarında birlikte yürüyeceğiz. (I belive that is metaforic saying-otherwise just tell me where is that field - and you mean field like grains grwon up, not like baseball field)
you have a heart made of gold
Kalbin altından yapılmış. But in turkish we says Altın gibi bir kalbin var.
