Just be sure to register your phone (if you are bringing it into the country) otherwise the authorities will cut it off after 2 weeks, It happened to me even though I tried to register my phone (for some reason Turkcell won´t work in it) and if it wasn´t for Skype and my fiance´s iphone, I wouldn´t have been able to talk to my relatives back home for almost 2 months.

I bought a very cheap Turkish phone with a pre-paid sim for on holidays. I want my Dutch number to stay on all the time, in case people from work (or the ones who don´t know I´m abroad) want to call me. And my Turkish number is used for other people to call me, and to call within Turkey. I don´t like to have a telephone bill for incoming calls abroad when I´m back in Holland. To call home I usually try to use telephone booths as much as possible, since that is the cheapest option.

barba - I have just noticed that you have your pictures in your profile! Strange, how come I couldn´t see them before! I see that you are such a beautiful lady! And I like your catching the sun! How I wish to have been the sun at that moment! I have still a Turkish phone with both pre- and post-paid sim, which I don´t need anymore. I also have two flats-one in Kuşadası, where you caught the sun, and the other in Istanbul. I don´t need them anymore, either. I have also a car, but currently don´t remember its brand name and model. Last but not least, I am planning to visit Turkey in the near future. Well, the bottom line, to sum up, I could happily give you all my assets in Turkey. They would all be at your service. Any chance to arrange a meeting, whether in Turkey or somewhere on the earth? or in the universe? (I would even be for the next life...)

Hi, just be sure you ask the salesman or better insist to activate your card as soon as possible, cause sometimes it takes 2 days till they activate it. It happened to me before with a Turkcell card. Normall they can do it in less than 1 hour.Hope you have good holiday, pupici

I´m married and have 14 kids, so I could use those flats in Kusadasi and Istanbul to store the toys for my children. Tell me where my Turkish husband Ali "the killer" Kaya can pick up the keys from you.

barba - you did break my heart! And needless to say, you have lost the chance to have your 15th child from me!

You are saying you would only help women who are single and would "do stuff" with you? So, only single women can get an apartment or car from you? Excuse me, but that sound like prostitution to me... You are very rude mister, be ashamed of yourself! Nobody needs more help then a mom with 14 kids, except for a mom with 15 kids.
