ena= me(arabic)

gemmek or gemlemek=( horse riding) to take the bit, be broken in

eng= may be english

If you look carefully, the sentence is actually ´ena gemmek engin´ (man´s name here?) - don´t know if that´s any help with the translation.

Gemmek seems to be a name ( not turkish). Maybe these 3 words are someone`s full name...?

engin could be a name but still that´s not a turkish sentence or name or expression or whatever

i don´t know if someone wrote it when they are drunk or it is totally another language
