tickets now booked for the 20th april. will have to buy bus ticket for 23rd april  friday night to come to you ok

 I am not a native speaker, but I think this will be understood.  But it is a little confusing are you coming on the 20th or the 23rd__?( See Lady in Reds comment in the later post I think almam lazim is probably better)

 

 

"Merhaba askim

20 Nisan için biletleri kaydettim.  Ben sana gelmek 23 Nısan Cuma gece için bir ötöbüs  bileti satın alacağım lazımdır  (or "almam lazim")  tamam?.

 

Sonra aracağım görüşürüz."

I think alacağım lazımdır should be almam lazım

 

I think the word order is wrong but - as you say - probably understandable

And I am curious, if you cannot communicate even just to tell when you are going; how do you communicate when you meet? {#emotions_dlg.unsure}
