do you study? how are you with your family? do you have any problems with them? how is my brother/sister<< (maybe it is your brother/sister but it is written very complicated) your family, your mother, your sister...(?)( what is "senşn", "bvare"?)
now, how many people do you chat/speak with? (onlada is maybe onlar da) what were they? i couldnt believe my eyes.. can you explain to me what happened? is your father with you?

"is your parent with you " is ok. Cause in Turkish if you're staying with just your mom or dad or with your bro it means you're staying with your family. i think it's asking in that way. but " are your parents with you " is also ok.

In English it is not common to use parent in a singular form. And if you ask 'is your parent with you', it can only be your mother or father, not your brother or sister. So if you think that is meant, in English it should be translated as 'Are you with your family'.
