Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone can help me.

I am trying to find a one bed apartment to rent in Kalkan for one year.

My Fiancee and I found one in town when I was there in March, and I was due to go there on 5th April and pay the 6 months deposit but the guy gave it away to someone else who had the full amount and didnt bother to tell us until today.

As you can imagine I am devistated as I was really looking forward to making it our home for the next year so I have tried searching the web but it is all holiday lettings and I could really do with some advice on how to go about finding private lettings there. If anyone has any websites or just any advice whatsoever it would be grately apreciated.

Many thanks

Check out Hurriyet emlak - they normally have a huge selection of houses for rent/sale. Normally also a lot cheaper than the typical holiday-lettings, as you are renting it for a year.

Good luck

Thanks for that,

Sadly they didnt have anything in Kalkan just Kaş I think this may actually be quite difficult.

Maybe I will have to just walk about when I get there and see if anyone has anything to rent!

I hope we find something, feeling really sad about losing that place! Cry
