"Marmaris´ten seni tanıyorum". Wait for better translators, please.

 

Another try may be: "Marmaris´ ten kim olduğunu biliyorum". Not sure which oe is correct.

 Correct. "Seni Marmaris´ten tanıyorum." is better.

I know : Tanırım, tanıyorum (in this context)

I knew : Tanıdım.

 No, that means: I knew you in Marmaris.

İf its "tanıdım" doesnt mean that it can be translated by " i know you".

 Seni Marmaris´te tanıdım.

 

I knew(recognized) you in Marmaris.
