You are (very) beautiful-- Sen (çok) güzelsin.

We generally say "You are very beautiful."

If I say it to anyone, I mean it. But most of us don´t. And we like exaggerating. If you say you are beautiful, it means like you are not but i am saying it because of politness. You should say you are very beautiful. By saying that either you lie for your purpose or you really believe it.
