It is the SAME. But most of the time we avoid using the personal pronoun.

 This is for "İm at school". But if she wanted to say "İm in school" i think she must say " Okulun içindeyim"

On my oppinion....

Why would she say ´I´m IN school´?

(Unless she talks about being inside a specific school building, it´s not correct English I think.)

I agree with Trudy and also:

Okulda and okulun içinde have the same meaning in Turkish

even as:

Çantada and çantının içinde (both mean in the bag)

Güneşte and güneşin içinde (both mean in the sun)

Mesajda and mesajın içinde (both mean in the message)

etc...

I suppose technically it´s not good grammar but it´s often used - ´when I´m in school I´m not allowed to wear earrings´ - sounds okay to me - probably more American English than British English - but then those bed Amerikans are taking over the world!!!
