what means ulan? i saw somewhere seviyorum ulannn  what means that?

 Once I have looked I have existed,once I have looked I haven´t. I have been lost in a vicious circle between existance and nonexistance. If somebody hear my voice, let him/her sounds (answers).

 

Ulan is a slang word. I don´t recommend you to use it. You can find yourself in trouble. It can mean a lot of things according to where you use it.

 

Seviyorum ulan
