Could we say it like this?

Evde yiyecektin, bilmiyorduk or Evde yiyecemişin bilmiyorduk.

Right.

Yiyebileceğini means "...that you could eat at home"

Yiyeceğini: ...that you would eat at home.

Evde yiyecemişin; let´s correct it > Evde yiyecekmişsin, bilmiyorduk.

This is right. But "evde yiyeceğini bilmiyorduk" is better to use.
