IS there a word for Son of father? As in Oslan son of Baltugul.... And What is or is there a word or phrase that is used for freinds you care a great deal for?  I often call my freinds Doll, sweet heart, or love as a sing of freindly afection.

I didn´t really undestand but if you mean this:

Osman Gazi son of Orhan Gazi

then it is

Orhan Gazi oğlu Osman Gazi
