saat on yediyi yirmi altı var. Its 4.34 pm . Please correct . Thank you

but this is not common to say actually.

 

we rather say beş, altı than onyedi, onsekiz in daily speech.

(so "saat beşe yirmi altı var")

 

but again 26 minutes is weird to say If I don´t need to be exact, I would for example say "4 buçuğu biraz geçti".
