My try as a learner -

I suppose I want to say this - to find love is hard, to have and to lose love is easy, and to forget is hard. It is fantastic to find (love)!

I think it should be

bunu demek istiyorsunm herhalde: aşkı bulmak zor, sahip olmak, kaybetmek kolay ve unutmak zor harika bulmaktır!

I suppose you tried to say: it is hard to find love, to posses, to loose is easy and difficult to forget,  to find is wonderful.
