I would be most grateful if someone could help me out with my attempt at translating these four sentences taken from BBC Türkçe website today.

I am doing this for practice and to test my understanding. Many thanks in advance for the corrections. 

İngiltere´nin yeni Muhafazakar Başbakanı David Cameron, koalisyon ortağı Liberal Demokratlarla ilk bakanlar kurulu toplantısını bugün düzenliyor.

Toplantıda temel olarak ekonominin tartışılması bekleniyor.

Yeni hükümet, İngiltere´nin dev bütçe açığıyla mücadele amacıyla amacıyla bu yıl derhal kamu sektöründen dokuz milyar dolar kesintiye gidileceğini ilan etmişti.

İngiltere Merkez Bankası açıklamadan memnuniyet duyduklarını bildirdi.

My attempt:

David Cameron England´s new Conservative Prime Minister, is arranging (preparing) his first ministers´ council´s meeting with his coalition partner Liberal Democrats.

It is expected the meeting will have the economy as a central debate point.

New government, from/ England´s giant/gigantic budget deficit struggle objective objective (strong) this year immediately from the public sector US$ 9 billion decisive get rid/removal tying done.

 England´s new government will have as an objective to get rid of US$ 9 billion from the public sector in its struggle to cover the giant public deficit.

(My try: New government announced that they were going to deduct $9 billion from public sector immediately this year to struggle England´s giant budget deficit.)

From this announcement the Central Bank of England (….)  satisfaction (I just couldn´t figure out how to make this sentence come together in English......please explain & help!)
