I think there may be several meanings for"sıkkın" according to Turkish Dictionary but they are  all very similar, as you can see...

sıkkın very troubled, distressed, worried, out of sorts, depressed, or bored.

 I just say

sıkıldım

 sıkkınım means also i am not in my mood. We say generally sıkıldım as gülümseme said.

"canım sıkılıyor" is more common.
