Oh wow, its wonderful, it fits/suits you.  Congratulations to you uncle/brother-in-law, you lost favour (papuçları dama atılmak = to lose favour) - I mean in the past it/he/she overtook you.

 

 

My attempt - doesn´t make that much sense though!

 

 

I think you consulted google translate again Umei-de-lange!  lol lol

varis have two meanings one is varicosis other is succesor

One is varis and the one is vâris

They are not the same word

One is French loan word

One is Arabic loan word

Their pronunciation are different

These  whole  sentences praise the nephew because he found a beautiful woman.

 

varis have two meanings one is varicosis other is succesor

 

 

 

´she befits you´ is not the right expression - should be ´she is right for/suitable for you´ for better English.
