günaydın dear all


There is a very delicious meal I ate once in Turkey . 


 It consists of eagplants stuffed with minced meat I am not sure what it is called


but i think it starts with karını.....


can anyone please help me with the recipe?

This is karnıyarık - I love it, although I have never made it myself - here is a recipe for you.    

 

 

P.S. I just found a video on YouTube explaining in detail how to make karnıyarık
