for goodness sake take care of yourself over there, dont become sick .ill so far from home/in a foreign land, otherwise... dont let anyone else other than your husband or mother take care of you ( dont take care of anyone else other than your husband or your mum)
its apparent that those who are friends dont even come to visit you

Oh for goodness sake, take care of yourself. Don´t be sick there, in the foreign land. Otherwise nobody don´t care for you except your mother or your wife. The ones who seem like friends even don´t come to visit you. Then you understand what the meaning of life is.
