My attempt as learner. I know this is very important message, and unfortunately I´m not sure if I managed to translate it correctly, but I hope that if there are some mistakes here then someone will help.

I didn´t know how to translate "please accept my deepest condolence for the lose of your mother." directly into one sentence, so I changed your message. First two sentences (should) mean "I am very sorry to hear about your loss of your mother. Please accept my condolences".

Sevgilim Teyzem

Annenizini kaybettiğinizi duymak için çok üzgünüm. Başınız sağ olsun. Allah ona rahmet eylesin.

Saygılarımla

Sevgili teyzeciğim (if she is your aunt you can use this suffix -ciğim, like aunty)

Annenin/annenizin (if you want to write it formal way you should use "annenizin" and "Sevgili NAME teyze")  vefatı dolayısıyla lütfen en derin taziyelerimi kabul edin/ediniz(formal).

Alllah rahmet eylesin ve mekanını cennet olsun.

Saygılarımla,

And I hope she rest in peace.

Take care
