My try as learner:

 

En tatlı insan, hep benim rüyalarımda ve çok özlenir.

 

or maybe this could be better ?

 

En tatlı insan, hep benim rüyalarımda, hep çok özlenir.

both are fine

but

you should change "özlenir" with "özlendi" or "özleniyor"

 I am not sure but "özlenir" sounds okay to me.

ok, let´s look at the active voice:

would you say "seni özledim/özlüyorum" or "seni özlerim"?

I don´t say it is wrong, but how often would it be used?
