I am planning to visit a friend in Adıyaman and I am really interested to know more about the people there. I was wondering, since it is situated in south-eastern part of Turkey, what are the people there, their traditions and customs, are they more conservative than people in Istanbul (that is the only city I have been to till now). Any information is welcome{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Thank you all

Only thing I know is that yes, in general they are more conservative.
