benim sevgili en iyi arkadaşım iyi yıllar iyi yaşlar mutlu ol her şey gönlünce olsun I will try to break it down for you, but I am also learning
benim = my
sevgili = dear/beloved
en iyi = best (most good)
arkadaşım + my friend
iyi yıllar = good years
iyi yaşlar = good times (not sure)
mutlu ol = be happy
her şey = everything
gönlünce = after one´s own heart, to his/her heart´s content
olsun = let it be
So my try is ..... My dear best friend, may there be good years, good times, happiness and everything to your heart´s content

Don´t be sorry, we all learn by trying.
In English we don´t say "goodest", we say best.
Good, better, best, (English) iyi, daha iyi, en iyi (Turkish)
