I am sorry to hear this ... but you are in no way alone. Apart from English teachers, and those of us who get the chance to set up our own businesses, most people who weren´t sent here by a company find it really hard to get good long-term work. I really hope you don´t feel bad about yourself, and that you get a great job back in England.
