Seni çok seviyorum - I love you very much

ama sen beni sevmiyor musun - but do you not love me

demek ki. - to say that (not sure about this part)

Senin canın sağolsun. - May your life be healthy

Dünya durdukçadur - So long as the world remains (this is a rough translation but it is the same meaning as ´for ever and ever´

I love you very much but apparently you did not love me. Don´t worry (Lit. Let your soul be alive). Stay (alive) as long as world stays.
