How can you say for sure it´s future tense?  For example in a sentence in English: A: Did X arrive ok? the answer from B could be: Yes, it seems he arrived on Monday.

As far as I know, in Turkish you can use "şimdiki zaman" (-iyor) to say about the event which will happen in the future. I think that in English it is very similar (like in Polish) - could you say "he is coming on Monday" in the meaning of "he will come on Monday" ?

think it just like "geliyor", then it would be present or future , right?

(Şimdi geliyorum - I am coming now OR Yarın geliyorum - I am coming/will come tomorrow)

Here "miş" only adds the meaning of "it seems", no past meaning.
