Anyone knows about or gets links of info of different kinds of pickles and cheese from many regions in Turkey? Thanks!

Do you mean where you can buy them, or what kinds there are? I think a pickled thing is just a pickled thing... no types or styles, I guess. You can pickle just about everything.

Not to buy them but come to know about them. Maybe it is kind of cold knowledge. Pickles in many places reflect the cultures. Some countries have long traditions and high regards of pickles too. For example the tsukemono in Japan and kimchi in Korea.
