I don´t think you can use ´tamam´ like that - it should be ´Iyiyim´ and you don´t use the infinitive with ´keşke´ you have to use the past conditional which in this case - I think (but I am always a bit unclear on this) would be ´dinseydi´.  I hadn´t heard this verb before and I would have used ´durmak´ - don´t know how frequently ´dinmek´ is used.

As you say though, not much difference.  

I´d never heard of dinmek-but when I looked it up it did mean ´to stop´  

Yes - I looked it up before I posted and saw can be used for weather - however our Turkish friend used ´durmak´ so I will continue with that one!
