i havent lost by sharing with you. 

i understand sinizle paylasmakta as share(ing) with you, but when i look up sakinca its defined as objection, disadvantage, or an inconvenience. i cant find sakinca gormek either. can someone tell me if sakinca gormek does mean to lose and if so does it mean the same thing as kaybetmek? 

and does 

paranizin olmamasını öğrendim

means i learned that you dont have money? is it roughly translated as your money´s not being? because para=money nız=yours ın=its. right?

I´m still a learner, but I´ll give it a try . I would translate it like this:

Sizinle paylaşmakta sakınca görmüyorum.

I see no harm (I have no objection) in sharing with you.

I think that in this case paylaşmakta simply means "in sharing". However, suffix "-mekte" + personal suffix is also used to form present tense. For example: "dinlemektesiniz" = "you are listening" (for me it would be literally "you are in the (process of) listening"). You can see it for example on trt site:

(Şu anda TRT FM kanalını dinlemektesiniz - You are listening to channel TRT FM now.")

Unfortunately, I don´t know if there is some difference between this form and "dinliyorsunuz".

Oh, and as for "paranizin olmamasını öğrendim" I think your translation is correct. However, as I said, I´m still learner, so probably we will have to wait for a native speaker.

but actually in second case Turkish sentence is wrong It should have been "paranızın olmadığını öğrendim"
