I´m still a learner, but I´ll give it a try
. I would translate it like this:
Sizinle paylaşmakta sakınca görmüyorum.
I see no harm (I have no objection) in sharing with you.
You can check up some phrases with "sakınca" here:
http://tureng.com/search/sak%C4%B1nca
I think that in this case paylaşmakta simply means "in sharing". However, suffix "-mekte" + personal suffix is also used to form present tense. For example: "dinlemektesiniz" = "you are listening" (for me it would be literally "you are in the (process of) listening"). You can see it for example on trt site:
http://trt.net.tr/Canli/canli.aspx?kanal=RADYOFM&slv=0
(Şu anda TRT FM kanalını dinlemektesiniz - You are listening to channel TRT FM now.")
Unfortunately, I don´t know if there is some difference between this form and "dinliyorsunuz".
Oh, and as for "paranizin olmamasını öğrendim" I think your translation is correct. However, as I said, I´m still learner, so probably we will have to wait for a native speaker.
