definitely not

this saying, which literally means "I guess something fell on your head", is used when someone is doing something unexpected from him, but usually nice.

e.g. if a guy never buys flowers to his girlfriend but one day he comes with the flowers, the girl may say "kafana bir şey düştü sanırım "
