Where do I register my phone?

The last phone I registered was when I was in Sultanahmet, in a Turkcell outlet.  I have a new phone and I´ve read that phones can be registered at the airport, on arrival.  I think I would prefer this option, but the question is:  Whereabouts in the airport (Ataturk) do I go to do this?
