I agree with sonunda´s translation

Now everybody is well, but I´m not. (literally: good/well I am not)

How´s your family?

What did you do yesterday? Where were you?

Now everybody is well, but I am not well.

Note- we wouldn´t use ´well´ twice in the same sentence.It would be assumed that´s what is meant.
