Paran varsa dünya alem kulun.Paran yoksa ıssız sokaklar yolun (when you have money you are cared for and when you have no money you are discarded?)

Yeryüzünde gökyüzünde bu kalp senin icin atacak lisa umarım bir ömürboyu mutlu olursun (I hope you are happy in your life my heart is for you on earth and the sky???)

I tried to translate what I could. Could someone please help me with this?
