1. to get out of breath.
2. to lose one´s energy or inspiration; to become burned out, lose one´s vital sparks.

so maybe your voice became burned out .. ??

Ses çıkarmamak( sesi çıkmamak): Herhangi bir duruma ya da birşeye itiraz etmemek, karışmamak

Ses Seda çıkarmamak:Herhangi bir kimseden ya da yerden haber gelmemesi.

For example;

Uzun zamandır sesin soluğun çıkmıyor. ( I can not see from a long time)

Ne oldu? Sesin sedan uzun zamandır çıkmıyor/kesildi:  ( What happened? I can not see/talk from a long while)
