Anybody can help me, pls. I can´t understand it. Help me!

i wish i would help about translate but i daresay i won´t traslate the hard ones. here you are some several sentences.

1-) He is not genial like as the first days. he constantly behave customers as banish with a glum facial expression..

2-) he became friend with a construction worker who work into my house and called him..

4-)he begot high-stakes phone bills  during  july and august  by using  my phone without permission..

5-) he criticizes me to customers who come my shop..

6-) he is so lazy.. he can not absolutely work unless  you say him anything about working.
