Anybody can help me, pls. I can´t understand it. Help me!

Some words I could not decipher:

1)    From the first day she came, she behaved < kovnucasına? >towards the customers not smiling, but continuously with a sulky face

2)    She befriended the construction worker who worked in my house, and called him on the phone

3)    At a time she shouldn’t, she took a day off and didn’t come home 1 night

4)    She caused a high telephone bill, because during the months July and August used my Telephone without permission

5)    She continuously <destiriyor> me to the customers that came

6)    She’s very lazy. Again and again, without saying anything, she does not do the work she promised to do.

7)    Continually cries saying she’s missing her kids

8)    Despite the fact that the first time she came she liked the prepared food and ate it, at this moment, just to make herself look weak, and make herself ill, she doesn’t eat the same food, saying she does not like it

9)      She lies. Although she took advantage of everyone in the house, she proved to be a liar and a person that could not stay with me
All of my family and my friends treated her as one of the family. She doesn’t deserve that.

i think all of the shes should be replaced by "he"

1) kovarcasına: in a way/as if he kicks them out

5) I think it´s "deştiriyor" which comes from "deşmek" 

but I don´t know how to translate it, it does not make a lot of sense without more clue.

eleştiriyor

the verb should be: eleştirmek - criticise, put down

So: she constantly criticises me in front of the customers.

P.s. I wrote ´she´ everywhere because of the ´Sürekli çocuklarını özlediğini söyleyerek ağlıyor´

Seems more like a ‘she’-thing to me, crying about the kids
