Please could somebody translate the following for me from english - turkish...

Please could you have a look for a hire car, i need for it to have insurance included and tax etc, car hire usually is.

I want to book it for three weeks, in that time i will look for a small, cheap but reliable car. Then i will have to sort out insurance and maybe tax before i can drive it.
