does sen sayir? mean ...how do you say?   if so what is how do you say in turkish?

The simpliest way is to say " efendim? ". The person will understand that he/ she has to repeat or explain.

The simpliest way is to say "ha?" or "hı?" (do it with a proper facial expression) but because some found it vulgar, "efendim?" is the simpliest+best...But you have to do it with a proper facial expression also: expressing curiosity sauced with pain.

Sayir has no meaning. Where did you hear it ?

i am not sure where i got sen sayir from - i have written it down in my notes presumably froma turkish book.

if you want to say , how do you say it in turkish ,like if you want to know how to say the Turkish for an  English word I always use ,Turkçesi ne= whats the turkish
