can someone translate the following please

can i ask you did you call and speak with murat for me and i am sorry i ask you because it is murats problem but he wont speak with me when i call he closes phone in my face.

Söyleyebilir miyim seni eğer sen benim için Muratla konuştun. Kusura bakma, biliyorum bu Murat´ın sorunu, ama  onunle konuşamabilirim çünkü her defa o yüzüme kapatıyor.

I don`t think this is correct ( would be alot easier if I was)

If you are meaning I can`t speak /talk I think it should be konuşamam/ konuşamıyorum

I just tried to say it´s impossible to speak with him....I am not able to speak with him...I recognise I still have troubles with tenses...

..but .. "can i ask" it must be ..."sorabilir miyim"
