Kadın, bir evin zenginliğidir, çiçeğidir, gülüdür.
Kadınsız bir ev, çiçeksiz bahçeye benzer.
Ama herkes bu gerçeği göremez.

My try as learner:

WOMAN

Woman, is the richness, flower and a rose of the house.

House without a woman resembles a garden without flowers.

But not everybody sees this truth.

And, for some reason, the true value and meaning of it is understood when it is lost.

Less literal translation:

Woman, is the richness of the house, its´ flower and rose.

House without a woman is like a garden without flowers.

But not everybody sees this truth.

And, for some reason, they understand the true value and meaning of it only when they lose it.

 woman, is the richness of a home, she is the flower , the rose

a  home without a woman resembles a garden without flowers

but not  everyone can acknowledge this fact

and for some reason or another its truth value and meaning becomes apparent when losing
