My try as learner:

Love does not need an adjective or a noun phrase. Love is a world on its own. And it is either exactly in the middle of it, in the center of it(*) or it is outside of it, in the longing.

(*) I suspect there is some word-play here - maybe "merkezi" means here "aşk merkezi", but I dıdn´t found what it can exactly mean.

Sorry, but I think I´ve made a mistake in my attempt (this mistake is bit complicated for me, so I prefer to describe it in this separate post).

I´ve just noticed that there is a "-sin" suffix ("you are") in the word "dışındasındır". Also, I have googled for this sentence and I have found a version of it where instead of "ortasindadir" there is "orasındasındır".

So the last sentence could mean something like:

And you are either exactly in the middle of it, in the center of it or outside of it, in the longing.

I´ve checked in Lewis´ "Turkish Grammar" what can be the meaning of "-dir" suffix appended to "-sin". Here is an excerpt from it:

"In such situations it generally does not so much emphasize the verb as weaken it, the implication being that the speaker is stating as a fact something of which he has no positive knowledge but only a strong feeling or impression: çocuk gibiyimdir ya ... elbette çocuk gibiyim - I-really-think-I-am-like-a-child you know... indeed I am like a child".

At this point, my guess at translating this sentence would be:

And you are surely exactly in the middle of it, in the center of it, OR outside of it, in the longing.

Please remember that it is just my attempt. Maybe it will be better to wait for someone more advanced, if you need to have more accurate translation.

Thanks a lot, gokuyum, for your help! I googled for "aşk merkezi" and got impression that it may have some special, not literal meaning.
