I have just seen this word "Tam" in a book and the translation is full price as in buying tickets. I thought it meant just. Can someone explain please?

3. fully, completely: tam teşekküllü bir hastane a fully equipped hospital. Görevini tam yapmanı istiyorum. I want you to carry out your duty to the full.
